1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or submitting a story, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a story, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly accept submissions or payments from anyone under 18, and we reserve the right to remove any content or refuse service if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

3. Description of Service

ThirdxOpinion allows users to anonymously (or by name, at their option) submit stories, confessions, or messages to be read and reacted to by our hosts — Daizykat, Nena, and Sandz — on our podcast and related social media channels. Some submission tiers are free; others require payment for additional features such as live host reactions, advice segments, or priority placement, as described on our Pricing page.

4. User Content License

By submitting content through the Service, you grant ThirdxOpiniona non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to read, discuss, edit for clarity or length, and publish your submitted content — in anonymized form unless you've opted to be named — across our podcast episodes, video content, and social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). You retain ownership of your original content, but you acknowledge that once published, audio and video content cannot always be fully retracted from public distribution or third-party platforms.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept payment exclusively via Zelle. We do not use or accept PayPal, Stripe, credit card processing, or any other payment method.
• After sending payment, you must upload a screenshot/confirmation of the Zelle transaction. Payments are manually reviewed and verified by an admin — this is not an instant or automated process, and verification times may vary.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once your submission has been read on air. If your submission is rejected for violating our content guidelines (see Section 6), you may revise and resubmit it; refunds in such cases are granted at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to reject any submission or payment, and to decline to read or publish content, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our content guidelines.

6. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that includes:

• Doxxing or sharing private/identifying information about third parties without their consent
• The real full names of third parties without their explicit consent
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting a person or group based on protected characteristics
• Threats of violence or content that promotes self-harm
• Illegal content or content describing illegal activity in a way that could create liability
• Sexually explicit content involving minors, or any other content prohibited by law
• Defamatory statements presented as fact without a reasonable basis
• Spam, advertising, or content unrelated to the purpose of the Service

Submissions that violate these guidelines may be rejected without a refund, though resubmission is allowed at our discretion (see Section 5).

7. Disclaimer

ThirdxOpinion is an entertainment podcast. Our hosts share personal opinions and reactions for entertainment purposes only. Nothing said on the show, the Site, or our social channels constitutes professional legal, medical, financial, or therapy/mental health advice. You should consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on opinions shared on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThirdxOpinion and its hosts, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from published content, payment processing delays, or reliance on opinions shared on the show. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Submission Rejection & Account Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, edit, delay, or decline to publish any submission, and to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or our content guidelines. We are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for rejection, though we will do our best to communicate the general reason when reasonably possible.

10. Submission Consent & Age Confirmation

Our submission form requires you to affirmatively confirm: "By submitting, you confirm you are 18 or older and consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service." Submitting content through the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
